The ECE Department was invited by Eureka Enrichment Services, Inc. to the 6th annual Puerto Rico FIRST LEGO League Championship that was held in San Juan, Puerto Rico on February 2, 2019. In 2013, Eureka Enrichment Services, Inc. was selected as the sole Affiliate Partner for FIRST® LEGO® League. In this role Eureka Enrichment Services, Inc. upholds the FIRST® mission to promote and inspire young students from 6th grade up to 12th grade towards careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). Our ECE Marketing Associate, Mrs. Stephanie Gonzalez-Sanabia, who is originally from Puerto Rico joined the event to promote and guide high school students on the opportunities UTSA ECE Department has to offer in the STEM’s field. We very excited that in the near future we will be welcome some new Road Runners. Go UTSA!
